Living with cancer often means navigating uncertainty, loss of control, and shifts in identity... even when treatment is successful.
My role is to provide grounded and compassionate support to help you reconnect with your body and what matters most to you.
This work may include:
π± Nutrition and lifestyle support
π± Stress Management
π± Identity shifts during and after cancer
π± Navigating grief
π± Rebuilding trust with the body
π± Support during major life transitions, including end-of-life conversations
All support is collaborative and tailored to each client's personal needs.
A Holistic, Human-Centred Approach
This support is for individuals living with cancer and want additional support alongside their medical treatments, or for individuals who have "finished" with treatment but are wondering "now what?" as they navigate the emotional, physcial and identity-related aftermath.
Caregivers and loved ones experiencing burnout, grief or who are generally overwhelmed may also benefit with a space for reflection, meaning-making and support.
This is especially suited for those who value a holsitic perspective and want support that honours both science and the human experience of cancer.
Grief is not limited to loss after death. It can also arise with diagnosis, changing abilities, altered futures and in caregiver roles.
Grief and end-of-life support is offered as a complementary service and can be provided in collaboration with medical, palliative, and therapeutic care.
This may include space for emotional processing, life reflections, and navigating end-of-life transitions with dignity.
This work is gentle, client-led, and rooted in respect for each individual's beliefs and wishes.
If you are seeing grounded, compassionate supprt alongside your care or want to explore if this work is right for you, then I invite you to book an initial consultion.
You do not have to navigate this alone.
